Angelica Bourland

Angelica is a Brazilian-American filmmaker, photographer, meditation coach, and storyteller.

Born in Miami, she spent two years living in São Paulo, Brazil and completed an International Baccalaureate Diploma program in Miami at Gulliver Preparatory. She received her BFA in Film Prouduction at Emerson College in Boston, MA. Currently, she lives in Miami freelancing as a cinematographer and breathwork instructor.

Many friends refer to her as Angeliquaqua, or "Qua", which to her symbolizes being both spiritual and at one with nature. In this respect, she enjoys traveling and looking closely at people through the lens of a camera. She is driven to see people as more than just what is at the surface. Capturing the essence of a person through angles or in a special light allows her to see deeper. That is how she lives.
